Sidney Baron is an attorney licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico with several years of experience in criminal & administrative litigation and government affairs.
Sidney served in government as the Director of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Program in the Office of the Commissioner of Municipal Affairs (2009-2012) and Assistant District Attorney in the Puerto Rico Department of Justice (2012-2017). From 2017 to 2018, he was appointed Director of the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) in Puerto Rico. He also served as a Deputy Advisor to the Governor's Office of Development and Infrastructure Affairs and Legal Advisor to the Governor's Chief of Staff (2018-2019).
After his time in government, he opened his private practice, specializing in Criminal and Administrative Law.
Sidney obtained a Bachelor of Politics Science from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez and a Juris Doctor from the School of Law of the Eugenio Maria de Hostos University.
