Kelvin Azzaro-Frías

Kelvin Azzaro-Frías is a highly motivated, innovative, dedicated, and responsible specialist in administration and marketing.
As part of his experience, he worked in the Municipality of Arecibo, occupying several positions, such as an administrator of the Caño Tiburones Guest House, Director of the Municipal Department of Tourism and Marketing, and the Mayor's principal assistant. He also worked as a government affairs consultant in the Puerto Rico Federation of Mayors.
He currently works at ONJ Consulting Group, LLC, a company leader in the Government Relations Industry in Puerto Rico, advising state government agencies, municipalities, and private corporations.
Kelvin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and is currently getting a Master of Business Administration in Strategy from the Pontifical Catholic University of the Dominican Republic.
